How to Create an Organizational GCP Account
To create an organizational GCP account, you must first create a
Google Cloud Identity account.
Start by searching for Cloud Identity, which offers both free and premium tiers.
Before proceeding, ensure you have your company's domain name ready.
You'll need a Google Workspace account to set up Google Cloud Identity.
Clicking on "Google Workspace" will take you to the "Let's Get Started" page.
Enter your business name (matching your domain name), specify your employee count, and select your country. Provide your first and last name, and use your personal email address (preferably Gmail). Click "Next" and enter your domain name.
Create a username and password for your Google Workspace account. Consider using "GCPADMIN" as your username for Google Cloud Identity login. Click "Agree and Continue."
Before proceeding to domain verification, log in to your domain host account. The next page will show your domain host provider.
You'll need to create a TXT record in your domain host account. Copy the provided TXT information and add it to your domain settings. Next to your domain name, click the "Manage" icon, then select "Advanced DNS." Click "Add Record," choose "TXT Record," paste the GCP value, and save. Return to GCP, click "Confirm," then "Continue" to access the admin console, which will lead you to your Google Cloud Identity.
